Skymark Airlines would like to inform passengers who will be flying during the Golden Week Holidays.Transports & Parkings
During Golden Week, the roads and parking lots around the airport are expected to be very crowded. Please consider public transportation as your first priority and arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
Check-in Procedures
Due to the congestion at the airport, it may take longer than usual to complete check-in procedures. Please complete the check-in procedures well in advance and proceed to the boarding gate.
- ●Air ticket exchange slips issued when making a reservation cannot be used for boarding.
- ●After completing the check-in procedure at the counter or a self-service kiosk, please proceed to the security checkpoint with your issued boarding pass.
Baggage (Free Baggage Allowance Up to 20kg in Total)
For carry-on baggage, personal items such as handbags, cameras, and umbrellas, along with one piece of baggage measuring within 55cm x 40cm x 25cm and a total of 115cm for all three dimensions, are permitted up to a combined weight of 10kg.
Even if your baggage does not exceed the limit,it may be checked and stowed in the aircraft hold if it cannot be accommodated in the cabin storage areas.
We accept free baggage allowance up to a total of 20kg with no limitation on the number of baggages you check in (within 50cm x 60cm x 120cm *Note: Oversized items such as skis can be checked in up to a length of 280cm.).
In order to reduce cabin congestion, ensure on-time flight operations, and ensure smooth passage through the security checkpoints, we ask that you check in your baggage as much as possible.
About the Security Checkpoints
It may take longer than usual to arrive at the boarding gate due to the congestion at security checkpoint. Please be sure to arrive at the airport well in advance to ensure that you do not miss your flight.
At the security check point, please place all metal items such as keys and coins, electronic devices such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets, and beverages in the trays beforehand. Outerwear and ankle-covering footwear such as boots are also subject to security screening, so please place them in the trays as well.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in following the instructions of security inspectors and related personnel to ensure a smooth security check.
