  • Skymark Airlines Co., Ltd.(former) was established in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
February 1998
  • Applied for periodic air transportation business license to Ministry of Transport.
May 1998
  • Opened Fukuoka Airport Branch within Fukuoka Airport.
  • Moved headquarters to 1-22-5 Hamamatsucho-cho, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
June 1998
  • Opened Haneda office within Tokyo International Airport.
July 1998
  • Opened Tokyo Airport Branch within Tokyo International Airport.
  • Acquired regular air transport business license.
August 1998
  • Received the first aircraft 767-300ER from Boeing.
