We accept reservation changes and cancellations via the Internet or at our Reservation Center.
Changes / Cancellations
There are different procedures in place depending on the reservation method, payment method, and purchase time. Please read the following to see which applies to you.

- *6The balance will be refunded or charged for fare difference due to changing of the flights in case the fare type which flight change is permitted (the fare amount at the time of the change will apply).
- *7Including flights that have been canceled due to bad weather, reservation cancellations/changes can be processed without charging cancellation or change fees (excluding some fares/conditions). After the canceled flight switching (reservation change) process has completed, please contact the Reservation Center should you wish to make any additions/changes/cancellations.
- *On this website, you cannot change certain passengers in case that your reservation has several passengers. Please contact our Reservation Center.
