Recently, the following incidents; a fake account claiming to be from Skymark sent a direct message on Instagram saying that you have won a campaign, or an email claiming to be from a credit card company with your payment history with Skymark that you do not recognize, are being reported.
If you click on a URL or open an attachment in such a message or e-mail, you will be asked to enter your personal information and your personal information might be used illegally, or your computer or smartphone might get infected by a computer virus.
If you have received a message or e-mail that you do not recognize, please do not attempt to access the website.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by fake accounts or spam.

We are currently reporting the fake accounts to the management company as soon as we find them.
However, we would appreciate it if you could also be aware of the possibility that new fake accounts may emerge in the future.
