*Our reservation center and airport counters accept “Normal Fare” and “Handicap Fare” only. For discount fare “Web Bargain”, “Webwari” or "Free", please make your reservation via our Website(Internet or Mobile), or Travel Agency(“WEB Bargain” are not available).
*Minors under 8 years old, must be accompanied by an eligible guardian (who is over 12 years old).
*Regarding to Naha - Miyako/Ishigaki routes, it's acceptable at part of our airport reservation centers, Miyako Airport(*3), Ishigaki Airport(*4) & Naha Airport 1/F Check-in Counter.
*1 Departure dates can be changed within a period of +/- 10 days of the original departure date. Refunds are allowed within 90 days following payment.
*2 According to the terms and conditions of the fare type of the other route that is combined.
*3 Miyako Check-in Counter is open from 1 June 2013.
*4 Ishigaki Check-in Counter is open from 10 July 2013.
