- Information about the handling of short-nosed dogs (year-round)
At SKYMARK, we have put a lot of thought into how to safely transport your pets. Short-nosed dogs with short nasal cavities are very sensitive to changes in the environment during flights, and such changes risk affecting these dogs' health. For your pet's safety, we have to refuse the carriage of the following dog breeds. Thank you for your understanding.
Dogs That we Cannot Allow on Board:
Short-nosed dogs such as pugs, shih tzus, Boston terriers, Pekingese, Japanese chins, boxers, bulldogs, Tibetan spaniels, etc.
Using Pet Crates
Each dog or cat must be in its own crate. In the case of small birds, etc., up to two birds of the
same species can share one crate (for larger pet crates, as many as can fit).
Pet crates, whether rented or brought in by the passenger, can be up to 51 cm x 69 cm x 48 cm in size. We cannot accept large dogs and other animals that do not fit in a crate of this size.
Bringing Pets in and out of a Country
Rules for bring pets in and out of a country vary depending on the country/region.
