We have recently received numerous reports of issues from customers who purchased airline tickets through flight comparison websites or online travel agencies.

Examples of reported issues

These issues occur on websites that do not have official agreements with Skymark Airlines. As a result, inquiries regarding tickets purchased through such websites (e.g., reservation confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds) cannot be handled by our call center or airport counters.

We kindly ask customers to contact the website where the ticket was purchased directly. Please note that Skymark Airlines is not responsible for any issues that may prevent boarding or refunds due to problems with these websites.

Request for cooperation in preventing credit card fraud

To ensure a safe experience for our customers, Skymark Airlines is taking measures to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. If fraudulent activity is detected and the validity of the ticket cannot be confirmed, boarding with the affected ticket will be denied. In such cases, customers will need to purchase a new ticket with cash or another credit card. We appreciate your understanding.
If your credit card has been fraudulently used (e.g., unauthorized transactions), please contact the card issuer listed on the back of your card directly.
