Acceptable payment methods vary, depending on the convenience store. Please confirm requested required payment method before you make any payment by cash
3.
For payment at a convenience store, you are requested to complete the purchase procedure from the reservation confirmation screen by the due date.
4.
A validated payment slip, which is issued upon payment at a convenient store, is deemed as an air ticket exchange slip and receipt from Skymark. Please note that not all reservation information may be included on the slip.
* We are not entitled to issue a receipt.
5.
Payment due
The due date varies according to your reservation date.

*Handicap fare must be purchased 1 hour before departure time of first section boarding date. Purchase of departure date only acceptable at airport counter.
Advance-purchase at HP and a portable site is also available . (When convenience store settlement of accounts is chosen, please pay by the specified time. Please keep in mind that reservation will be canceled without a preliminary announcement if it passes over a payment term.)

*The payment due of the reservation include "WEB Bargain" / "Webwari21", will be until 23:59 of the day which the reservation is made.

Please make sure to present a validated payment slip when you check-in for outward and homeward flights at the airport. The slip will be returned to you after it has been checked by our staff.
7.
We accept "Confirmation Code"* for boarding if you are not able to present the validated payment slip or lost.
Further, we accept presenting ID for boarding unless confirm the "Confirmation Code".
However, if you are NOT be able to present you ID or "Confirmation Code", please purchase a replacement Ticket and then we will issue a Duplicate payment Report.
In later, please bring the ticket or a duplicate payment report with "Confirmation Code", and we will refund the fare as replacement ticket.
Refunds will be charged with a handling fee (added a cancellation charge regarding the each fare type). Please confirm about Lost in details here.
*This is the Credit Card has provided for deserving Electronic Ticket with reservation number, reference number, phone number as reserved.
8.
Passenger names may not be changed. To change, the reservation must be cancelled, and a new reservation and purchase must be made. Cancellations are subject to specified charges.
9.
Expiration date of air ticket exchange slip (validated payment slip)
1)
An air ticket exchange slip is valid on or before the departure time.
2)
However, air ticket exchange slip (validated payment slip) that is modified before departure time is valid on or before the new departure time
3)
With a flight cancelled prior to departure, the air ticket exchange slip will be valid within 90 days following the day of payment.
10.
Refund of air ticket exchange slip (validated payment slip)
1)
Refunds for air ticket exchange slips (validated payment slip) will be processed if the slip is presented within 10 days following its expiration date. *It is nonrefundable if you fail to present the slip. Please contact the reservation center if you lost the validated payment slip.
2)
A flight that has been purchased at a convenience store will be refunded in cash at a Skymark Airlines airport counter or to your bank account. Online cancellation is available prior to your departure.
3)
Cancellations and refunds after a ticket has been purchase will result in a set cancellation and refund charge (JPY500 per passenger for a division of route).
4)
If no cancellation is made before departure time and no refund procedure is attempted during the refund period, you will not be able to obtain a refund.
11.
Please complete pre-boarding procedure within 20 minutes before departure. For the passengers depart from Naha airport, please complete pre-boarding procedure within 25 minutes before departure if you have baggages for check-in. After 20 minutes before departure, the passengers cannot board an airplane even if you purchased a ticket.
12.
Falsified information is refused when using the Service. If the information you entered is falsified, we may cancel your reservation without any prior notice or your boarding may be denied on the departure date. We may request that you compensate the losses incurred.
