Cancellation charges are applicable to each route divisions per person, regarding of the cancellation date as belows.

(1)Cancellation fee for Children's ticket is 50% of the adult cancellation fee

*2 In the case where the fare is less than the total amount of cancellation charge and refund charge, there are no refunds partial payments.
*3 Domestic Passenger Facility Charges will be refunded.
* Refund requests submitted after the valid refund period will not be accepted.
* Passenger Facility Charge, JPY170 applicable per adult (JPY80 per child) will be included on flights departing from or arriving at Haneda International Airport after Feburary 1, 2013(boarding date).
* We cannot refund your airfare (including the Domestic Passenger Facility Charge) if you disembark the airplane for personal reasons after departure.

Refund charges

Refund charges of JPY500- are applicable to each route division per person, regardless of the cancellation date.（The same charge will be applied for adults and children)
* A refund charge of Transit Fare is JPY250 per route per passenger regardless of the cancellation date. (The same charge will be applied for adults and children)

Effective refund period

In case cancel is made prior to departure, not later than 10 days after the period of validity of the ticket.*

> For fares which voluntary change is allowable --- For 90 days following the payment
(In case cancel is not be made prior to departure, refund period is within 10 days from the following day of scheduled to board.)
