Reservation Methods	Internet, Mobile Website and Travel Agency *Reservation, change, purchase, cancellation are not acceptable at reservation center and airport counter.
Reservation Period	Accepted up to 7 days from 2 months before the scheduled departure date
Reservation Changes	Acceptable with condition* ＊On date of departure at the airport counter, pending seating availability, it is possible to change to a different flight on the same day and same route, by paying the difference between your fare price and normal fare price, as you offer until the scheduled departure time of the flight you booked. ＊Depending on the boarding date or flight, seat availability may not be available for this fare type.
Seat Limitations	Limited
Valid Period	For 90 days following the date of payment
Refund Charge	A refund charge of JPY500 per route per passenger will be applied, regardless of the cancellation date. (The same charge will be applied for adults and children.)
Cancellation Charge (Per route per person)	For cancellations after the purchase of tickets until the scheduled departure time of the flight	JPY3,000-
	For cancellations after the scheduled departure time of the flight	JPY6,000-
Effective refund period	Within period of validity or not later than 10 days after the period of validity of the ticket. ※In case cancel is not be made prior to departure --- within 10 days from the following day of scheduled to board.

*Regarding reservation changes to Webwari 7

Changing from "Webwari 7" to "Webwari 7" is possible on Internet, Mobile Website, and at Travel Agency, within the allowable period and subject to seat availability.
For any fare difference due to change of departure date, even if it is same flight number and fare category, the balance will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Changing from "Webwari 7" to "Webwari 5" / "Webwari 3" / "Webwari 2" / "Webwari 1" is possible. However, an additional cost may be charged if the price of your rescheduled or changed flight (fare category) is greater than your original fare purchase on the day of your change request.
Changing from "Webwari 7" to "Webwari 10" is not possible, including the time making the change falls within the period for accepting "Webwari 10" reservations.
"Webwari 7" fare is changeable prior to departure. Changes from "Webwari 7" to other "Webwari" fares are acceptable based on the terms and conditions of each "Webwari" fare.
Changing from “Webwari 7” to “Web Bargain”, other “Webwari” or changing from “Web Bargain”, other “Webwari” to “Webwari 7” is NOT possible.
“Webwari” is not available to change as Open Ticket. To change the reservation, it is necessary to decide booking flight.
Each "Webwari" fare cannot be changed if there is no "Webwari" fare for your desired flight.

*: Same route means same departure and arrival points on your original reservation.
Reverse route change is not allowed.
