We accept reservation changes and cancellations via the Internet or at our Reservation Center.

Changes / Cancellations

There are different procedures in place depending on the reservation method, payment method, and purchase time. Please read the following to see which applies to you.

After the canceled flight switching (reservation change) process has completed, please contact the Reservation Center should you wish to make any additions/changes/cancellations.
  • *On this website, you cannot change certain passengers in case that your reservation has several passengers. Please contact our Reservation Center.
